All products sold by Radapro.com are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty. All returns require a Return Goods Authorization signed by an authorized Rada Pro representative. Please email Rada Pro customer service at info@radapro.com for an RA number. Returns without this authorization will not be accepted. RAs are effective for 30 days only. The RA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return. All original packaging and materials must be returned with the product.
Rada Pro using different warehouses and fulfillment locations, so item must be returned to the original warehouse or original merchant. Once you obtain your RA number, you also will be given a return to address by our customer service. Do not return products to Rada Pro address, as they won’t be accept
